Steven D. Davis
Steven Davis represents people injured by the wrongful acts of pharmaceutical companies in the development and marketing of dangerous drugs and medical devices. He currently represents individuals suffering serious side injuries caused by use of prescription medications such as Zelnorm and hormone replacement therapy, as well as individuals harmed by defective medical devices manufactured by Boston Scientific (Guidant) and Medtronic.
Jacob W. Plattenberger
Jacob W. Plattenberger has achieved substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients in the Chicago Courts and is proud to join the TorHoerman Law team in pursuit of justice in the face of greed from the largest pharmaceutical corporations. He also has extensive personal injury trial experience which he will continue to pursue at TorHoerman Law.
Jessica Paluch Hoerman
Jessie began her legal career as a tax attorney at Deloitte in Chicago and joins TorHoerman Law after a satisfying nine year career as a stay-at-home mom. In her role as Marketing Director at THL, Jessie is able to utilize both her law degree and her creative side and is thrilled to advocate for people lacking a voice when harmed by large corporations.
Chad Finley
Chad specializes in False Claims Act claims and especially Qui Tam and Whistleblower lawsuits. He returns to TorHoerman Law after an externship with the Office of General Counsel, Health and Human Services, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Division in Washington D.C.
Kenneth Brennan, Of Counsel
Kenneth Brennan is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 15 years of experience in courtrooms throughout the United States. Ken's extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom have given him the broad range of practical knowledge and understanding required to address the complex technical and legal issues that arise in mass tort litigations.
