At TorHoerman Law, we are all too familiar with the threat of distracted driving.

Litigating motor vehicle accidents allows us to have an up-close look at the damage caused by distracted driving and its lifelong impacts.

Driving Distracted isn’t just texting and driving.

It’s drivers who fiddle with the radio, eat a snack, or turn around to talk to someone in the back seat.

In short, multi-tasking is distracted driving.

We have made it our mission to spread a message of safe driving – making roadways and their adjacent areas safer for everyone.
