Nikki Miller

Client Relations Specialist
Edwardsville, IL

Nikki Miller brings over three decades of experience to her role as a Client Relations Specialist at TorHoerman Law.

Her career began as a clerical assistant through the JTPA program, which led to a position as a civil service employee for an agency that assisted individuals with remaining in their homes and provided utility assistance.

Nikki’s experience spans working as a secretary for a corporation, serving as a county clerk, and returning to the civil service organization for thirteen years.

She has been with TorHoerman Law for two and a half years , where she continues to use her diverse background to assist clients with their needs.Nikki’s caring nature and commitment to helping others define her approach to client relations.

She is dedicated to making sure that clients know that we’re here for them and that no questions are too big or small for our team to discuss with them through their legal process.

Personal Life

Nikki is deeply involved in her community, volunteering for organizations such as the Madison County Urban League, St. John Missionary Baptist Church, the Boys and Girls Club, and A Precious Organization.

She enjoys helping wherever needed and offers her assistance to other individuals and organizations when the opportunity arises.

She lives by the mantra “Hakuna Matata”—meaning “no worries”—and uses it to reassure clients that, as long as TorHoerman Law is working on their behalf, they have nothing to worry about.
