ST. LOUIS, MO – Two people were killed in a traffic collision in Jennings on Friday, according to FirstAlert4.
The crash happened on Lucas-Hunt Road and Hord Avenue. Video footage shows a significantly damaged white car that came to rest in a grassy area with several trees.
St. Louis County Police said a child was taken to a hospital as well, but have not specified their current physical condition.
Residents noted that accidents are common occurrences, especially during the ongoing construction. Police have confirmed there have been 34 injury collisions that have happened on Lucas-Hunt Road over the last two years.
Police have not specified the events that led to the crash or reported any citations or charges.
